Had 2 ea, one with 365 hp 4 spd was rough other had 283 4spd was nice. Both were the same green color. The 283 I eventually replaced with a built 350. Gave the truck to my brother when I got a 77 Chevy Silverado pickup. Eventually got the Camino back in 87, and removed the engine rebuilt it and put it in my 40 Ford.

  • 1965 Corvair Corsa. (Fun car, removed 4 1barrels and installed 1 AFB.)
  • 1966 Dodge Charger. (Bought and disassembled for parts)

Purchased used in 1979, another plain jane with high performance options, 350 hp 350 and 4 speed. It had both tops and ran real well. Only thing I didn't like was not having A/C in the summer time. Traded it in on a brand new 1981 Corvette in 1981.

Purchased used in 1977. It was my executive cruiser, put many many miles on it, drove it all the way to Florida on vacation. This car had all the options, from the Automatic Climate Control to the power trunk closer and the Twilight Sentinel automatic headlight on/off switching. Sold it to a collector after divorce in 1986.

  • 1981 Chrysler Cordoba Coupe. (Traded in on 82 Blazer, was afraid it was a lemon)
